While we often work the personal or interpersonal issues and blocks affecting an organization's performance, we keep the focus on getting the business of your business back on track. Each project includes a thorough assessment and diagnosis, and then a customized plan of attack. We pride ourselves on the organic process we use to combine those activities that will best meet a client's challenges. We may include training courses, speeches, workshops, individual or executive coaching, facilitating off site strategy meetings and team development workshops, as well as feedback sessions and ongoing monitoring. While the process is pretty intense, we find people change quickly and the changes stick. By building in early successes, they realize change is possible and are motivated to do the work needed to get the job done. We can be tough . . . but we love all our clients and are as excited as they are when they discover how much better things can be for them.
