There are no "standard packages." You will not find lists of services, with a directive to chose one from column A, two from column B like a menu in a restaurant. We will work together to find the best program that will fit your needs and achieve the results you've been looking for. Some clients have chosen to have their whole program on the phone, never meeting in person. Often, we'll meet together once, or several times in person, and then, continue our work on the phone or electronically. Sometimes, we work with you and your staff, or shadow you as you go about your day at work. Every new coaching relationship starts with a customized assessment. During this time, Pat works with you to discuss your personal and organizational goals, learn about the context and develop fundamental working arrangements; meet with anyone else in the organization who you think will help her understand your business and the environment in which you work; and perhaps attend a key meeting or two. After that, you can use your consultation time with her in whatever way you need that works for you, in large or small increments, for example: You could spend a day or more, at her place or yours, working on some aspect of your business, organization, or leadership strategy, or on your personal development. She could facilitate your on- or off- site meeting She could attend a meeting as an expert resource. You could schedule phone conversations from wherever you are You could use voice- and/or e-mail to describe and/or discuss your topic or to arrange time in person or on the phone She could customize or produce templates, written materials, audio materials, or electronic resources to best meet your needs. What it costs: Because every TEC program is unique, the professional fees and expense costs will be unique. Usually the costs can be anticipated in our first conversation.
